About Us
Finding Inspiration in Every Turn
Launched in 2021, Manifest Corporation is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization that takes pride in making necessities accessible to underserved communities across the globe. We fundraise money to cover school supplies, school tuition, and healthcare fees for people who do not possess the means to do so. Our belief is that with the necessary resources, people can not only survive but also thrive. At the very least, every human being deserves the right to basic resources, and here at Manifest Corporation, we are committed to this goal.

Our Story
Our founding members have roots in developing nations and have witnessed firsthand the detrimental effects of lacking basic needs. The governments in these developing countries are unable to provide resources for citizens who are unable to afford proper healthcare, education, and even food. The hospitals and schools are also facing dire circumstances, lacking adequate funding by the government for resources such as medical equipment, school supplies, and food. Having lived under these conditions and heard other’s stories, we have decided that help must be rendered to the affected people. It is important to preface this by stating that we are not limiting ourselves to the countries from which we stem. We plan to bring help on a global scale by aiding people in developing countries that require intervention.
Our Strategic Plan
Our business plan is quite simple. We start by seeking out schools and clinics that are limited in resources. After locating them, we conduct interviews in order to further decipher their needs and resources that we can provide to help them. We then fundraise the money through the grants and donations that we receive. After receiving funding, we will send it to the organization and we will receive feedback. Check out our Impact page to learn more about the groups that we have partnered with.
Financials
All funds received for the donors will be donated to the schools and hospitals in need of resources. The schools will use the money to purchase school supplies and provide scholarships to students. The hospitals will use the money to buy hospital supplies and treat patients who are unable to afford healthcare pro bono. Donations are tax-deductible as permitted by law and our Federal Tax ID is 87-3568245. We also believe in transparency around our financials; please email us at themanifestcorp@gmail.com for copies of our financial statements and annual returns.
Meet The Team
Adeola Adetayo
Co-Founder & CEO
After earning my Bachelors of Arts in psychology from Cornell University, I have gone on to work for a multifaceted nonprofit that works to dismantle racism especially by dismantling poverty. From my background in the nonprofit world, I have gotten a first hand look at the well oiled machine that is a non-profit. By looking at the running parts of a successful nonprofit, I have seen people pour their soul, heart, and mind into making sure the mission of the company comes to fruition. To follow further in their footsteps, I plan to give it my all and to establish a mark in the world by developing a beating passionate heart in the form of a non-profit. My strategic plan for Manifest Corp. is to touch as many lives as possible by ensuring that the nonprofit has all that it needs to support the individuals and families that we support. For my future, I do hope to graduate from business school with a Masters in Business Administration in the far future.
Kiara Thompson
Co-Founder & Treasurer
After graduating from Cornell University with a Bachelor of Arts in psychology, I matriculated at Hofstra/Northwell Zucker School of Medicine in pursuit of a Doctor of Medicine. One of my aspirations in life is to establish a close partnership with the leaders of Jamaica’s education sector to implement after-school and recreational programs for the youths in underserved communities all across the country. I plan to select a medical specialty that provides me the flexibility and freedom to dedicate myself to my goal as I have a passion for serving under-resourced, marginalized communities. As co-founder and treasurer of Manifest Corporation, I find fulfillment in knowing that its foundational principles directly align with my convictions and I am honored to serve as a board member.
Diamond Middleton
Director of Marketing
I’m an undergraduate at Southern New Hampshire University and am in their online Bachelor’s degree program for Graphic Design & Media Arts. I also have an online small business called Diamonddrew and promote music with Fearless Records. One day, I hope to design album covers and merchandise for bands plus expand Diamonddrew by owning a building for my work. Being a part of Manifest Corporation is a humbling experience for me. I feel honored to work with people who want to help others' lives change for the better. I want to demonstrate my interest in this organization by brainstorming with the founders to improve the aesthetics and functions of our handles for a user-friendly experience. I hope they feel just as honored for me to work with them.
Jennifer Ntembe
Co-Founder & Secretary
I graduated from Towson University with a Bachelors in Biology and Psychology. I am pursuing my Masters in Information Technology and I currently work in IT. One of my biggest dreams is to start a homecare agency suited with outstanding healthcare professionals and staff. The goal of the agency would be to provide proper care to clients and improve quality of life. This dream of mine aligns with Manifest’s mission to improve the healthcare system in developing countries, therefore, I am very excited to serve this organization . I am also thrilled by the education reform aspect of Manifest’s mission because I believe that receiving a proper education brings positivity not only in one's life but also in their community.
Beverly Anaele
Co-Founder & Head of Communication
After graduating from North Carolina Wesleyan College with a Bachelor’s in Biomedical Science and a minor in Psychology, I went on to pursue my Master’s in Public Health from Thomas Jefferson University. There, I fell in love with population-level health promotion–my current line of work. I am a strong advocate for improving global health, particularly malaria prevention, because of how integral it is to all areas of well-being. I am thrilled to serve international communities through Manifest Corp!
